Ingrédients
  

  • 40 g. de flocons d'avoine
  • 200 ml d'eau ou de lait végétal
  • 1 pomme
  • 1 c. à c. de cannelle
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 2 c. à s. de yaourt végétal coco
  • 10 g. de noix de pécan
  • 1 c. à c. de miel (facultatif)

Instructions
 

  • Commencez par couper une moitié de la pomme en dés, et râpez l'autre moitié.
  • Dans une casserole, faites bouillir l'eau, ou le lait, avec une pincée de sel. Ajoutez l'avoine, la pomme râpée et un peu de cannelle, et baissez sur feu moyen-doux. Laissez cuire 5 minutes environ tout en remuant de temps en temps.
  • Une fois la consistance voulue, retirez la casserole du feu et laissez poser avec un couvercle quelques minutes.
  • Pendant ce temps-là, faites fondre les dés de pommes 5 minutes dans une poêle, avec un fond d'eau et un peu de miel. Ajoutez une touche de cannelle.
  • Dressez le bol avec le porridge, les dés de pommes caramélisés, un peu de yaourt et de noix. À déguster aussitôt !
